PINOT GRIGIO IGT VINEYARDS OF THE DOLOMITES - BIO
Pinot gris single variety vinification whose bunches are rooted in fertile soil rich in minerals. Hints of honey, fruit and hay ripen in acacia wood for 8 months.
The vineyard has a south-east exposure and it's planted in shallow clay soil of alluvial origin with planting schemes aimed at obtaining low yields so as to concentrate all the substances in a smaller number of bunches.
The wine has a very low content of sulphites and is obtained by spontaneous fermentation of the must, without any other addition of substances extraneous to wine.
This wine has a good structure and goes well with first courses and elaborated second courses (both of fish and withe meats). Serving temperature 10 -12 °C
